FAQ
FAQ – Abstract painter artist
How do I visualize my choice of painting in my environment?
We are pleased to offer you the photo visualization service for your chosen painting. Simply send us a digital photograph of the space for which you’d like to purchase a painting at contact@bellemareart.com. We’ll position the chosen work virtually. Please note that this positioning is for approximate visual reference only, and that the exact measurement remains your responsibility.
Can I see the painting before I buy it?
Yes, you can contact us at: contact@bellemareart.com and we’ll be happy to set up an appointment at the artist’s studio to show you the painting(s) you’ve chosen.
How much does delivery cost?
For Canada, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping. For other countries, please write to us for a delivery quote.
Is it possible to have Pierre Bellemare design a custom painting (special colors or formats)?
Pierre Bellemare is available for special orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Conditions are 50% non-refundable deposit of the value of the artwork payable when the artwork is ordered and 50% when the artwork is completed and approved by the customer.
How will the paintings be packaged?
They will be carefully packed and placed in custom-made boxes or crates to minimize the risk of damage during delivery. We recommend the use of rigid cardboard packaging or wooden crates, depending on the weight and dimensions of the artwork. Artwork measuring 122 cm (48 in.) or more on at least one dimension should be packed in a wooden crate.
Paintings from the “Rhytmik Large” collection are rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube to reduce shipping costs. These works must be installed on a wooden frame at their destination, and this cost is at the buyer’s expense. Any damage to the artwork during stretching will be charged to the buyer. If you wish to use this shipping method, please contact us before making a purchase.
What materials are used in your paintings?
All the materials and supports used by Pierre Bellemare are carefully selected to ensure the best long-term protection of the works. Pierre Bellemare uses only professional-quality paints and materials.
