Handling and packaging

Each painting (or other item) is professionally packaged to ensure the quality of your delivery. From the date of purchase, please allow 2 business days for the preparation of you painting (or other item) for expedition. Bellemare Studio does business with companies that are renowned for the quality of their delivery services. Hence, although this is extremely rare, in case of damage during transport, please advise us, even though Bellemare Studio shall not be held responsible.


Free delivery in Canada

Delivery in Canada

Delivery takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the province or territory of destination.

Delivery to the United States

Delivery takes between 10 to 20 business days, depending on the State of destination (Continental States only).

International Delivery

Bellemare Studio offers international shipping.

For all deliveries

Each painting is shipped by DHL, UPS or Poste Canada (depending on the format).

You will receive a numéro de suivi so you can follow the progression of your shipment.

Packages are delivered Monday to Friday during business hours.

A signature is required at delivery.

Deliveries are subject to applicable taxes in the country of delivery. Orders that go through customs are subject to custom import duties, applicable taxes in the country of destination, and custom administration fees. If this is the case, a custom invoice will accompany your package or will be sent by mail. Recipients are required to pay these fees, dues or additional taxes.

Return policy

This site allows you to purchase original products or works of art; we do not offer any refunds on the works or items sold on this site. Only an exchange credit may be applied, based on the value of the painting. In the event you would like to receive a credit in order to exchange your painting, you must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. To do so, please contact us at contact@bellemareart.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that in all instances, you will be required to pay the return costs and the delivery costs for the new selected painted. The exchange credit will only be applied once we have received the original painting, returned in impeccable condition.

Other items (such as silk squares) are final sales without any possibility of a credit, exchange or refund.
